Community management for indie studios that can’t hire one yet.
Discord, socials, creator outreach, and launch support, handled every month for a flat fee. You stay focused on the game.
What we take off your plate
The work a full-time community manager would do, sized for a small team.
Community
Discord setup and moderation, answering players, sorting bug reports into something your devs can use, and events that keep people around between updates.
Creators
Finding streamers and YouTubers who actually fit your game, sending keys, briefing them, and telling you what the coverage did.
Socials
A posting calendar, devlog clips, patch announcements, and replies on X, Bluesky, TikTok, and Reddit.
Updates and launches
Patch notes, update articles, press kits, Steam page feedback, and festival submissions, written and ready when you need them.
You always know what’s happening.
Every studio gets a dashboard that tracks your Steam reviews and creator coverage, plus a written report every Monday.
Need something now? Hit “Request a rep” and you’ll hear back the same business day.
Weekly report: Lantern Tide
Week of March 3 (example report, made-up game and numbers)
Reviews
14 new Steam reviews, 86% positive. The score held at Very Positive. Two players mentioned the new boat controls feel slippery.
What players are saying
Lots of love for the soundtrack and the cozy art. Several people asked for a way to rebind keys, and a few hit the same crash on the lighthouse level.
Creator coverage
A mid-size cozy-games streamer played the demo for 40 minutes and sent about 60 new wishlists your way. Three more keys went out this week.
Next week
We'll post the patch notes for 0.4.2, run a Q&A night in Discord, and send you the crash reports sorted by how often they happen.
Hi, we’re Indie Accelerate.
We’re working community managers on a live game, with 5+ years of experience building and running player communities. We’re also part of the Discord Partner Program.
We started Indie Accelerate because small studios keep hearing they need a community, and almost none of them can afford someone to build it. When you work with Indie Accelerate, you work with us.

Questions
Is there a contract?
Plans are month to month. Cancel with 30 days’ notice.
What happens if we need more hours?
We’ll let you know before you hit your cap. You can move up a plan or add hours for that month.
Do you work with games that haven’t launched yet?
Yes. The best time to start is a few months before a demo or release, so there’s a community waiting when it lands.
Do you pay creators to cover my game?
Most outreach is free keys to creators who fit your game. Paid sponsorships are optional, budgeted with you, and always disclosed.
Tell us about your game.
We’ll reply within one business day to set up a free 20-minute call.
